Our Festival is a prayer for peace, for the union of the tribes and the people of the world, for the evolution of consciousness, for our health, for the health of our planet and for the blessings of the Great Spirit.

Female spiritual leader of the Yawanawa, from the “Aldeia Nova Esperança”, Tarauaca, Acre. One of the first Yawanawa woman to become a spiritual leader and to do the sacred oath inside the spiritual tradition of her tribe.

He is the spiritual leader and Pajé of the tribe Huni Kuin from the Aldeia Novo Futuro, 
indigenous land along the river Humaitá, Acre. 
He leads ceremonies in the tradition of the Huni Kuin and Nixi Pae. He brings the joy of his tribes in his music 
and in his knowledge about native healing plants.

Young spiritual leader chosen by the elders to give continuity to the ceremonial tradition of the Caxinauá tribe in the Amazons.
He Performs the Jibóia dance, the snake honoured by his tribe.

Born in Mazatlán, from the “Mayo Yoreme of Sinaloa culture”, México. Member of the Teocali Quetzalcoatl Tradition, leads cerimonies with the “Sacred Water Drum” and the “Half Moon Altar”. Founder member of the Association “Raíces del Corazón de la Tierra” in México and Catalunya, Spain.

Chavita, Matzuwa’s brother, is also a founder member of the Association “Raíces del Corazón de la Tierra”. Leading ceremonies with his brother in the Tradition of “Teocali Quetzalcoatl”. Performs the “Danza del venado” “Yaqui-Yoreme”.

Wixárica Tradition – Guardians of Wirikuta

The Wixáricas, Men of Sacred Knowledge (also called Huicholes) are the guardians of the ancestral tradition of the Wirikuta desert and masters in the traditional and medicinal use of Hikuri. We will have the honor to participate in their traditional ceremonies and enjoy their music and singing (with traditional instruments: native violin and guitar), and witness their Sacred Deer Dance.

An 81 year old grandfather and the current traditional governor of the Wixárica Yw’rata community and the mara’akame – singer and healer, he is in charge of making community decisions and maintaining the balance of families and of the community, he is also responsible for carrying out the ceremonies and the pilgrimage to Wiricuta – sacred place for the Wixáricas, located in the North of Mexico. He belongs to the association of traditional doctors of Jesus Maria in Nayarit.

Sacred singer of the San Andres Cohamiata community – Jalisco – Mexico. He comes from a sacred lineage of Marakames and has been in many countries sharing his tradition.
